CONCERT TERMS & POLICIES

Concert participation is completely optional.

Concert registration fees are separate from term tuition fees.

Concert show allocations and running order are determined by the studio and will be shared closer to the event.

As costumes are custom ordered for each dancer, concert registration fees are non-refundable once costume orders have been placed.

Professional concert photos and videos will be captured during the performances and shared with participating families.

We always do our very best to keep siblings in the same concert show wherever possible, although this may not always be possible due to class allocations and concert logistics.

Concert tickets are sold separately at a later date.

Multi-class discounts apply to one dancer enrolled in multiple classes.

Costume sizing information will be provided closer to ordering time. As costumes are specially ordered for each dancer, exchanges and size changes cannot always be guaranteed once orders have been placed and may incur additional costs.
